1. Cancellation of Admission:

Request for Cancellation: Students who wish to cancel their admission must submit a written request to the academy's administration office.

Cancellation Timeframe: The refund eligibility is determined based on the following schedule:

Cancellation within 7 days of enrolment: 100% refund of tuition fees (excluding non-refundable fees).

Cancellation after 7 days of enrolment: Refund will be prorated based on the duration of the course attended.

Reasons for Cancellation: The academy may consider exceptional cases of cancellation due to documented medical or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund of Fees:

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Fees: Some fees, such as registration fees, administrative charges, or other non-tuition related fees, are non-refundable.

Refund Calculation: The refund will be calculated based on the remaining portion of the course or program not availed by the student.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment used during the admission process.

3. Additional Notes:

Incomplete Courses: If a student withdraws from a course after it has started, there will be no refund for that particular course.

Fee Adjustments: In certain cases, the academy reserves the right to adjust the refund percentage based on the costs already incurred for the student, such as learning materials, training hours, etc.

Policy Changes: Arunand’s Aviation Academy reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice.
