Clause 1:

Offer Letter or Three Interviews: By enrolling in courses at Arunand’s Aviation Academy, you agree that once you receive an offer letter from a company or have attended three interviews related to your course of study, you are not entitled to a refund of course fees.

Course Fees:

Course fees are non-refundable once the conditions mentioned in clause 1 are met. It is your responsibility to be aware of your interview and offer letter status.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to withdraw from the course before meeting the criteria in clause 1, you may be eligible for a refund according to our standard cancellation policy. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy for details.

Attendance and Performance:

The duration of each course is specified in your enrollment documentation. Any extension or delay in course completion beyond the specified duration is subject to additional fees.You are required to maintain regular attendance and meet the academic performance standards set by Arunand’s Aviation Academy. Failure to do so may result in your dismissal from the course without a refund.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared with you during your course of study. Violation of this confidentiality may lead to disciplinary action.

Job Placement:

Arunand’s Aviation Academy is committed to supporting its students in securing suitable employment opportunities. In the event that a student, after completing the course, has not received offers or attended a minimum of three interviews related to their course of study, the academy will actively assist in placing them in a position deemed suitable within the airport industry.

Placement will be facilitated on or before the course completion, contingent upon opportunities arising from airports, airlines, and other relevant agencies. This service is provided to enhance the employability of our students and is subject to the student's active participation in the placement process.

Code of Conduct:

You are expected to adhere to the code of conduct outlined by Arunand’s Aviation Academy. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.

Changes to Terms:

Arunand’s Aviation Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India , and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru City.

Placement Responsibility and Continued Support Policy:

The job profile and department placement within the airport will be determined by the company based on the candidate's personality and performance. Please note that Arunand's Aviation Academy does not have any responsibility in this regard.

Once the candidate has been placed and commenced employment, Arunand's Aviation Academy bears no responsibility thereafter.

However, Arunand's Aviation Academy remains committed to supporting students for further opportunities, provided they maintain a positive rapport with our institution.
