Nandakumar V is a dynamic young professor and industry expert with over 14 years of experience in the aviation sector. He started his career as a trainee customer security executive and worked his way up to become an assistant manager in the airport operations and customer service department. He has gained extensive experience in different departments such as safety and security, flight operations, audit, documentation coordination with HR, aviation briefing, surveillance, and vigilance, critical profiling of airlines and passengers, coordination with various aviation organizations, crisis management, family assistance, and document processing for foreign pilots including FRRO and visa extension. He has also managed crews during high alert situations and circulated updated circulars from BCAS and DGCA, as well as worked on roster and mapping.
